This cottage sleeping 4 people is situated in a small hamlet of three houses it being the last one on a deadend road. The cottage stands on its own, facing south & looking onto open fields.It has a large lawn to the front, with the pool situated to the end of the cottage in its own garden.The pool cover can be rolled back leaving half of the pool uncovered or left fully closed.
The cottage has a large conservatory leading onto the patio & pool area. Off the conservatory is one of the 2 shower rooms. There is a large lounge / diningroom with wood stove & english TV. Seperate kitchen , utility room and toilet.Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms , one double and 1 twin and the 2nd shower room.

The Nantes to Brest cannal is approx 6 miles away, ideal for walking and cycling.The north, west and south coasts are within 1 hours drive. We are within easy reach of Brittanys old and wonderfull villages and towns.Lake Guerledan offering water sports is within half an hours drive. |
