ACCOMMODATION:-Extremely spacious with 8 bedrooms:- 3 doubles (1 en-suite), 2 twin-bedded, 2 with bunkbeds and a very large family room (en-suite). There are 2 fully equipped kitchen/diners which provide 3 large fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, coffee makers, microwaves, blender etc.
(Many visitors have said how well-equipped they found the kitchens).
The seperate dining room has a magnificent oak table comfortably seating 18. The 70sq.metre main lounge has plenty of comfy seating, full sized pool table, bar and leads onto secluded patio. There is a smaller TV lounge with French Satellite TV and DVD.
The large BBQ patio is off of the main kitchen and has plenty of seating, chairs, sun loungers, brollys etc.
Outside facilities include Badmington, Table Tennis, Boules, Sandpit, Swings, Kiddies Play Area and a heated, covered 7m x 4m pool (non-chlorinated) - sea-salt system used. All grounds are fully enclosed.
Free babysitting service, bedding, generous 'Welcome pack' and lots of games and books plus Karaoke Machine, darts and Roulette table.

Situated north-west of the chateau town of Josselin and within half an hour's drive from the walled city of Vannes and its surrounding beaches.
The house is between 2 villages providing bars, bakers, restaurant. Fishing, watersports and golf course half an hour. |
